**The role you’ll contribute:**
The Executive Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy serves as a market leader and collaborator with responsibility for developing strategic marketing and growth initiatives to build brand awareness and grow consumer brand preference, volumes, and market share.
This position is integral in ensuring the development of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies designed to maximize the Foundations’ fundraising success and public profile
This position will provide strategic oversight for all Marketing, Communications and Philanthropy initiatives that achieves philanthropic priorities, brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage, and market relevance.
The position works collaboratively with key stakeholders including the Market CEOs and their C-suites, strategy officer, foundation boards, foundation directors, care navigation team, corporate communications team, community partnership team, service line teams, advertising agencies, call center team, media, physician liaison team to achieve market performance. Position also interfaces and collaborates with the AH corporate and division teams on core initiatives, such as brand, digital platforms, lead generation, call center teams and web development. Position is responsible for managing a team of marketing directors and managers and reports to the CEO.
**The value you’ll bring to the team:**
+ Oversees all market strategies including creation, development and implementation of division brand initiatives, service line and growth initiatives to meet strategic business goals for the division.
+ Develops annual marketing and business development plans and budgets to meet established branding, volume, and market share goals. Develops plans to meet goals with return-on-investment tracking mechanisms to ensure success.
+ Develops, manages, and leverages the marketing operational budget to maximize market performance.
+ Oversees management and execution of all marketing support, branding, messaging, and annual foundation events for the Foundation.
+ Oversees all brand messaging, design, and creative execution through various communication vehicles such as print, television, direct mail, outdoor, radio, sports marketing activation, digital media platforms, collateral, and special events. Manages all advertising and media placement for division initiatives, provides strategic oversight for creative process and final creative product.
+ Responsible for providing direct oversight and management of all market consumer-centric, lead generation and demand-driving activities. Actively collaborates with AH system call center and digital teams.
+ Has a strong understanding and ability to conceptualize and implement market research projects related to market, brand, key service lines and support for strategy development. Works closely with market research team on market analysis and reporting to support overall marketing strategy development and creative implementation.
+ Serves as market leader in knowledge of marketing competitive landscape. Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitors, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, technology, and overall market dynamics. Communicates to leadership on a regular basis and makes recommendations on strategic and tactical changes as a result of the information.
+ Oversees the creative execution, production and operationalization of all marketing, philanthropy and growth strategies, manages timelines and ensures compliance on all initiatives.
+ Collaborates with Market Care Navigation, Sports, and Communication teams.
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
**Minimum Qualifications Required** :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration or related field
+ 10 proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing communications that includes management of key functions including: strategic marketing and planning, brand strategies, advertising and promotional plans, revenue growth strategies, agency relationships, community partnerships and building and managing a creative team and development process
+ 5 Management experience with proven track record of leading and managing a team for results.
