Lendlease is seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Development to drive the strategic and operational success of our Australian Development business in Victoria. Reporting to the CEO of Development, this high-impact role is responsible for delivering financial and non-financial targets, leading major projects, and shaping the future of our development pipeline. As an industry leader and externally facing, you will manage key client and stakeholder relationships across the region.
Your Role:
- Lead the regional teams, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion
- Drive strategy, growth, and operational efficiency to maximise profitability and expansion
- Convert pipeline opportunities into successful developments while ensuring compliance with corporate governance
- Own key stakeholder relationships, engaging with government, industry bodies, and partners to position Lendlease as an industry leader
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Oversee financial performance, driving revenue generation and delivering on P&L targets
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and safety-first culture, developing top talent and future leaders
