We are hiring an Executive Director of Operations for a mission driven, faith-based organization who primarily serves the Greater Philadelphia Region but operates across the United States. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to serve and has a vision for supporting an organization whose impact on the community is profound. This role collaborates with the Leadership Council to ensure the administrative systems respond to the organization members’ needs.

This is a full-time on-premise role in the Greater Philadelphia Suburbs. Experience overseeing operations of a Non-Profit, School or other tax exempt entities strongly preferred.  Salary plus full benefits package.

This role will oversee business operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets and finances in conjunction with their financial leadership team, and ensure optimal efficiency and productivity across all departments. This role has frequent coordination with the Finance Department to monitor and adjust operational expenses or other fiscal matters specific to operations. This includes meeting regularly to facilitate planning, goal setting, accountability, and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Fosters respect for the mission, values and goals through regular staff development and collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience managing a team in various departments, working with leadership team and regular collaboration with peers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on cooperation. Business Planning and Operations Management skills Experience in Finance and Budgeting Ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Bachelor’s degree in business strongly preferred. Master's degree a plus.
