As a Senior Director of Security Engineering with the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC), you lead multiple technical areas with a security engineering focus, manage the activities of multiple departments, and collaborate across technical domains. Your expertise is applied cross-functionally to drive the adoption and implementation of technical methods within various teams and aid the firm in remaining at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances in cybersecurity.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectivesManage multiple areas with a strategic transactional focusProvide leadership and high-level direction to teams while frequently overseeing employee populations across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of businessAct as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectivesManage multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborationsInfluence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teamsDevelop and execute the function’s objectives and is responsible for outcomesResponsible for staffing, budget, and relevant profit and lossChampion the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experienceExperience running teams of engineers that deliver security solutions operations on cloud-based platforms and applicationsExperience building security engineering products and solutions for public cloud-based applications and infrastructureExperience developing and leading large, cross-functional teams of technologistsDemonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scaleExperience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stabilityExperience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
