ROLE OVERVIEW:
As Manager Executive Compensation, Equity and Retirement Plans, you will serve a critical role in our business, aligning executive compensation, stock plan and retirement plan offerings across a globally diverse workforce, designed to advance business objectives while reinforcing our Employee Value Proposition. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR organization, charged with re-imagining compensation, incentives, and perks intended to attract, align, engage, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and designing global compensation programs that drive a high-performance culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor to provide rewards expertise to business leaders and HR business partners, aligning compensation strategy with business priorities and the talent strategy of the business.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Equity Compensation
Work closely with leadership and our stock administration vendors to administer Ralliant's equity programs, including grant processing, vesting schedules, and exercise procedures. Lead Annual Equity Award process. Administer off-cycle and special grants. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing equity compensation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and educate employees on equity compensation plans.Executive Compensation Administration
Support the benchmarking executive compensation elements, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and other executive perquisites. Support leadership in designing and implementing executive compensation strategies that align with organizational objectives, shareholder interests, and regulatory requirements. Support the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including program proposals, competitive analysis, and program updates. Support CD&A drafting outlining the philosophy, objectives, and mechanics of the executive compensation programs. Provide guidance and support for executive compensation-related queries from executives and HR business partners. Manage the communications for executive compensation, ensuring clear and effective messaging to program participants and stakeholders.Defined Contribution Retirement Programs 401(k) and DCP
Oversee the design, operations, administration, audit, and compliance requirements of the company's defined contribution retirement programs, primarily focusing on the 401k plan and NQ Deferred Compensation Plan. Manage contribution matching, investment options, compliance monitoring, and communication efforts to drive employee participation and engagement. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the impact of 401(k) plan changes and contributions on employee retirement savings and overall compensation strategy. Attend, oversee the 401k committee meetings. Manage the committee agenda topics and ensure that the committee is informed and updated on relevant 401k administration initiatives and activities. Manage 401k vendor and consultant relationships (i.e. recordkeeper, legal, investment advisors, etc.).ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in: 1) executive compensation program administration; 2) global equity plan design and administration; 2) US non-qualified plan design and administration; and 4) global retirement plan design and administration. Strong global business acumen and experience in working with dynamic functional teams. A strong and confident problem solver and communicator who is comfortable influencing others, acting as a credible trusted advisor. Strong understanding of HR technology, global compensation systems, analytics, tools and processes Strong data analytics and modeling skills (like MS Excel or Power Bi) and effectively interpret and drive data-driven HR decisions. Strong project and team management skills Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to complete well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization. English language proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:
