Executive Host - CS (GM)
Position Summary Efficiently and effectively perform duties assigned by Shift Manager and Assistant Shift Manager.Primary Responsibility • Assist the Manager to supervise a team of Hosts • Assist the Manager to train hosts to follow up the Company guidelines and procedures • Ensure there is a standard counter service to be carried out • Ensure that grooming of all the team members are set up to standards • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager or to carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and responsibilities for this roleRequirements • Form 5 graduate or above • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within hospitality industry • Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel • Proactive, positive and passionate about the work they do • Self-motivated, set personal goals and high standards • People oriented, enjoy working with and serving guests • Integrity and Honesty, follow procedures and acts with transparency and honesty • Sales Skills, engage with customers, effectively follow up to generate and drive business • Relationship Building, socialize with guests, make guests/players feel at home • Teamwork and Collaboration, work with team members to look after guests and share information • Dealing with Customers Effectively, effectively handle guest problems; always be pleasant to guest • Knowledge of Customers, seek to know and remember guest preferences, needs and cultures • Knowledge of GEG Products, Service, Procedures, and Current Events • Knowledge of Internal Systems and Processes, use IT systems that support hosts and player development • Task Prioritization, effectively juggle multiple priorities, prioritize tasks and create schedules • Player Development mindset, know individual and team goals, how to differentiate all tier guests • Communicate goals and expectation, frequently communicate goals and expectations to team members • Coach to develop team members, effectively coach to develop team members skills • Deliver effective feedback, give effective feedback to improve team member performance • Delegation, delegates tasks appropriately to the right team members
