THE JOB:
As an Executive Host, you’ll build relationships with our casino guests, ensure exceptional service, and provide personalized attention to create memorable stays.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Evaluate guest play and provide corresponding incentives, including comps and allowances

Build and maintain relationships with casino guests, ensuring seamless experiences

Greet and assist VIP guests throughout their visit, from check-in to departure

Process reservations and manage guest accounts using casino systems

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Attend special events to engage and enhance guest loyalty

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A dynamic hospitality professional with outstanding customer service skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with a diverse clientele

Experience in casino marketing, VIP services, or hotel operations

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Professional, polished, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$58,900.00 - $98,200.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
