Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. As the leader of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, including staff management, scheduling, and trainingDevelop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain exceptional cleanliness standardsManage department budgets, including control of operating supplies, replacements, and consumablesConduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are metCollaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest experienceHandle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicalsImplement environmentally friendly practices in housekeeping operationsMaintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficientlyParticipate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of housekeeping staffStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping techniques

QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a Luxury Environment or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Proven track record in managing budgets, operating supplies, and inventory controlExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on guest satisfactionExceptional organizational and time management skillsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suiteBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and productsFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industryAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProblem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsKnowledge of local hospitality standards and cultural sensitivities in Ras Al KhaimahMultilingual skills, particularly in Arabic and English, are highly advantageous
