\nAs you may expect with such a prominent property, we have high expectations of our Executive Housekeeper as they will fulfil a key leadership role within our property as well as being a leader amongst the Hilton hotels in the region. You will be overseeing the entire housekeeping and laundry operations, working closely and effectively with the contracting services.
\nWe welcome candidates who have strong Hotel and Housekeeping Management experience. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate these specific skills and experiences:
\n\nPrevious Executive Housekeeper or Rooms Division Manager of a large hotel operations with thorough experience managing contractors, suppliers and high standards.\nDemonstrated housekeeping or rooms leadership within a complex operation.\nA substantial successful track record in hotel operations.\nAbility to show strong cost management in a competitive city environment.\nLarge scale project management.\nAbility to demonstrate true five-star product delivery.\n\nAs well as hold these personal attributes:
\n\nExcellent people leader with the demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, mentor and lead Team Members.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong financial acumen with excellent cost control and profit generating skills.\nStrong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and contracts effectively.\nExceptional stake holder management skills to manage multiple stakeholder expectations including General Managers, Hilton leadership and Owners.\nThe ability to lead a team to the calibre befitting of the regional flagship property.\n
