Responsibilities:
+ Home Cleaning and Organization: Not only possess professional expertise but also lead and train others, overseeing overall operations while continuously optimizing cleaning processes.
+ Professional Laundry & Ironing: Experienced in caring for high-end materials (silk, fur, hand-embroidered pieces). Can systematically plan care routines and guide others adept at handling special treatments (e.g., spot removal, specialty dry cleaning) ensuring zero damage.
+ Kitchen and Dining Support: Skilled in operating and maintaining high-end kitchen appliances. Possesses intermediate to advanced cooking abilities, adeptly planning meal prep to ensure everything is ready well ahead of guests’ arrival.
+ Overseeing Household Vendors: Employs a systematic inspection routine, anticipating potential issues in advance. Collaborates seamlessly with suppliers and technicians, overseeing maintenance schedules to keep the property at peak condition.
+ Inventory Management & Replenishment: Implements a systematic approach (e.g., spreadsheets/software) to track use and expiration dates. Re-orders or suggests purchases in advance without reminders, keeping the storage space perfectly arranged and ensuring zero stockouts.
+ Driving and Transportation Services: Offers concierge-style service, including carrying luggage, coordinating drop-off logistics, or suggesting alternative routes for maximum efficiency and comfort.
Requirements:
+ Experience: 5+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury homes or high-end hospitality. Preference is given to candidates with experience serving high-net-worth families.
+ Expertise with Luxury Items: Skilled in caring for delicate fabrics and high-end garments (such as silk, fur, and hand-embroidered pieces), with advanced laundry and ironing techniques, and able to handle special treatments.
+ Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adjust to last-minute changes as needed.
+ Driving Skills: Must be able to safely drive luxury vehicles (such as high-end sedans and electric vehicles). A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
+ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with smart home systems and professional cleaning equipment, and the ability to use and maintain these devices effectively.
