**Roles and Responsibilities**
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
Ensure employee benefits and compensation plans are competitive and in line with industry standards.
Monitor and report HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and participating in the interview process.
Supporting in managing Legal compliances
Ensure to keep a track of organograms and succession planning discussions with Leaders
Has to be in connect with employees for handling concerns
Managing Employee Life Cycle Management
Employee Connect - Townhall, Annual meet, performance dailoge etc
**Skills Required for an HRBP Human Resource Business Partner**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related software.
**Qualifications Required for an HRBP**
Master Degree in Human Resource Management
Experience - 2-5 Years
