Executive HR Leader - Lean & Transformation Office
Job Description SummaryThe role is responsible for working in partnership with the business and the GE HealthCare Transformation Office (TMO) to develop and deliver GE HealthCare (GEHC) operating model and organizational strategies that will enable the achievement of business growth. This role will support the GEHC transformation office and be a member of the broader Talent Management team.

It will be a key role connecting with Segments, Regions & Functions to understand the organizational challenges they face, playing an important program management role to design organizational solutions, lead effective change management process, and partner with the relevant business unit to implement the solutions. The role will steer and challenge business leaders and senior HR stakeholders to articulate business issues and cases for change with the appropriate approach and support processes.

The role will be key in ensuring cohesion between the operating model principles, the culture operating principles and the business strategy working in partnership with other colleagues in Talent and Culture & Belonging COE as well as the relevant HRBPs.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Be the primary point of HR leadership, support, and engagement for TMO office programs.Assure the delivery of operating model and organizational designs that span the Segments/Regions/Functions across GEHCAct as an organization design coach and play a key role in helping the SHRMs shape the future of their organizations by implementing strategic organizational initiatives (especially related to Big Rocks)Serve as key member of GEHC business system (Heartbeat) implementation ensuring effective change management strategies and leader behavior standard work.In partnership with Talent Analytics team, identify and work with the SHRMs on org effectiveness KPIs, reports and dashboard to monitor the organizational health and focus on the areas of improvementsProvides program management guidance and project planning for organizational and operating model related deliverables resulting in most effective program delivery and best practice sharingResponsible for assembling and leading cross-functional HR organizational change / operating model teams, assigning individual responsibilities and ensuring post implementation ownershipResponsible for maintaining a well-informed central view of all GEHC OD/OE initiatives and help to coordinate governance and reportingServe as the HR Business Partner for Lean and TMO

Qualifications:

Strong Academic background with 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources including Talent Management or Client-facing rolesOrganizational design experience deployed in large complex organizationsExperience in leading/managing the business transformation/organizational changeCoaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleaguesExcellent facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders – across functions and levels of seniority

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in consultancy / operating as HRBP in a consultancy business model with strong operational skills / mindsetImpact and influence – ability to influence executive level leaders working as a collaborative partner across the overall businessStorytelling and communication skills to articulate the case for change, drawing on data where appropriate and applying logic to analyze options to solve business issuesStrong analytical skills and strategic thinkingEstablished credibility with senior-level stakeholders

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
