Position: Executive HR
Job description:
Job purpose
Responsible for functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
Key Responsibilities
Point of contact for employees' & workers’ issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies. Responsible for plant level Recruitment-Coordinating, negotiating and liaising with recruitment vendors, conducting preliminary interviews, in-charge of induction of new joiners etc., Ensure employee/worker productivity of the plant by providing necessary motivation, counselling and close and continuous monitoring the workers’ movement. Ensure worker availability for smooth running of the factory through proper manpower planning Update employees leave status, ensure daily attendance and look after the over time of the workers. Ensure timely disbursement of salary and over time of all workers at the plant. Maintain and update HR related records and documents of all staff and workers in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner. Initiate disciplinary procedure as and when required. Monitor proper use of office transport, stationeries, equipment and housekeeping in the plant. Arrange workers training session, workshop and other activities with the help of concerned department heads. Ensure proper medical treatment of the workers through medical assistant. Monitor overall security matters including carrying out security operations, organizing regular fire training and reporting of any incidents. Keep all existing license/certificate up-to-date and also obtain new license as and when necessary. Maintain correct and timely liaison with head office and plant management Organising CSR activities as per policy laid down by HO Annual contract / agreement pertaining to HR function, Plant level statutory compliance.

Qualifications:
MBA/MSW in HR
Experienced required:
4-6 years.
Job essentials:
Proficient in HR & Admin related matters. Able to communicate well with all levels of people including the workers. Good writing skills, Expert user of MS-Office and numerically inclined. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.Languages required:
English and Local language.
