Description We are partnering with a wonderful firm in Orange, CA, who is seeking an executive/legal assistant to support the firm's partner. This candidate ideally will work on-site in Orange 2x per week, and remotely 3x per week. Responsibilities: + High volume email management through Outlook. + Calendar management. + Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for busy executive. + Organizing documentation and emails by legal matter. Requirements Requirements: + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, most in Outlook. + Legal knowledge or exposure is extremely nice to have!
