Executive Lounge Attendant

As an Executive Lounge Team Member in the Front Office Department, you are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by providing service to our guests in a friendly and engaging manner. You are responsible for providing guest services including check in/out, food and beverage service to our loyalty members and Hotel guests in the Executive Lounge. You will be relied on to provide a high level of customer service, ensure a smooth operation in the lounge, and create memorable guest experiences.

What will I be doing? 

\n

As the Executive Lounge Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nProvide food and beverage services to executive floor guests, assisting the daily check in and check out as well as the Executive Lounge operation. \nGreet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such on outlet hours, special VIP programs, events, etc.  \nPromptly answer telephone calls and emails, advise other team members of special guests’ needs and pass the information accordingly.  \nEnsure that the Executive Lounge equipment and systems are functioning at all times, and that the area is maintained in a clean, tidy and organised way. \nContribute to the hotel and team by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements, being innovative and creative to provide quality service and customer care to team members and guests. \nTake on an active role in the Executive Lounge team, ensuring effective communication and working as a team in order to reach goals and targets. \nCreate a warm and welcoming arrival for guests. \nHandle complaints promptly and efficiently, taking necessary action, and informing the Executive Lounge Manager or Supervisor to follow-up where appropriate.  \nFollow-up with all guests to ensure satisfaction with problem resolutions. \nEnsure that VIP guests are treated personally and recognised as an individual. \nPromote Hilton Honors and its associated benefits to guests who are not already enrolled in the program, ensuring that existing Hilton Honors members receive personal and professional service that recognises them as important guests and that their benefits are received. \nSet-up meal period displays, ensuring the correct quality and quantity of food and beverage items, as well as attention to details in order to promote the hotel’s daily offerings. \n\n
