Our hotel showcases 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites. Guests will immerse themselves in the warm ambiance of our lobby bar, GLOW, indulge in culinary delights at the all-dining restaurant, OXBO, and enjoy breath-taking views at the chic Sky Bar, LOFT. The success of our hotel relies on hosting Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, making it imperative to assemble a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of our business.

 Please note this role will work on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday with a mix of early and late shifts. We do therefore require candidates to be flexible to work across the week

 An Executive Lounge Host comforts executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel.

What will I be doing?

\n

As an Executive Lounge Host, you will comfort executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested. An Executive Lounge Host contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nWelcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints\nProcess accurately check-ins and check-out\nEnsure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards\nStay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events\nDemonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity\nProject a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service\nComply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nExecute tasks as instructed by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager\nServe your role and Team in an environmentally-conscience manner\n\n

What are we looking for?

Executive Lounge Hosts serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nPrevious Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector\nCalm, efficient and organised\nExcellent personal presentation and communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment\nMulti-lingual\n\n
