1. Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic drawing is must.

2. Must have good understanding of overall functioning of machine. (Blown Film, Lamination, Slitting, Utility Equipments,Injection Moulding Machine) 

3. Responding to breakdowns properly which including deployment of manpower, Co-ordinating with store for spare.

4. Making RCA for all important problems and implementing its findings.

5. Will do hand on work on the machine.

6. Maintain the history card of each machine and will implement the finding of same in PM schedule.

7. Maintatining the Breakdown Details of all the machine.

8. Should have basic knowledge of Electrical System.

9. He will keep close watch on all utilities consumption and would be responsible for maintaining properly.

10. Must have good knowledge of FSSC and ISO standard and maintain its documents.

11. Must be from Plastic Flexible Packaging Industry.

12. Minimum 5 Years of experience in maintenance field.
