Executive Manager - Spa & Gallery
Position Summary

To responsible for assisting in all aspects of management of Spa & Gallery operation; and able to organize work flow and process improvement to ensure numerous critical deadlines are met daily.

Primary Responsibility Ensure effective assistance to Hotel Manager in all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Oversee and monitor all facets of daily operations in the Spa. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills. Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and team members of respective division. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills. Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they confirm to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations. Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.  Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Spa areas at all times. Develop and implement wellbeing training programs for team members to ensure they are equipped with the latest wellness techniques and knowledgeable about new trends in the industry. Plan and coordinate wellness events, such as yoga and meditation workshops, nutrition and fitness classes, and mindfulness sessions. Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies, and share relevant information with team members about the spa's services and strategies as needed to ensure that the Spa remains competitive in the marketplace. Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department’s Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled. Introduce improvements and adjustment to ensure the facility is cost-effective and profitable. Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program, at all times. Liaise with Head Office and HQ Spa Academy to ensure we implement brand elements and maximum the support/recourses  Participate and prepare in the Annual Department Budget if necessary  Assist the Hotel Manager when conduct periodical evaluation of associates’ performance and take appropriate corrective measures for improvements. Lead the team in regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers’ expectations. Continue to lead BT Spa as market leading in Macau Spa industry  Continue to drive Spa award to be standout in the market  Requirements 10-15 years of experience in similar capacity. Excellent command of the English and Chinese language Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication Excellent communicator, organizer and motivator Strong leadership and organizational skills Good administrative skills Dynamic, creative, innovative and self-motivated Ability to conceptualize the hotel’s mission and philosophy Extensive knowledge of spa and gallery practices in a 5-star hospitality setting
