Proactively promotes a positive Health & Safety culture and ensure adherence to JM policies (including HR/EHS/Security).Collaborates with departmental change initiators and facilitators of change to identify and support the mitigation of risks inherent in plant modifications and coordinate/participate in hazardous operation studies (HAZOPS) as required.Raises accident, incident, near miss and/or learning events where they are witnessed.Core activities
Applies technical understanding and considers options to solve problems and identify risks on task related issues under guidance.Drives the execution of plant modifications through the Management of Change process ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.Ensures all risks are properly assessed and all changes are properly documentedEnsures all actions identified to manage the change are closed out in timeEnsures engineering design drawings and documentation requirements are fulfilled and updated as required.Participates in project design meetings to offer guidance for maintenance requirements and best practice.Supports technical training of MoC processHow to apply:
