Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator (EOA) to join our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OK.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the capability to build rapport with key partners. Additionally, you should be self-motivated and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization, and be a positive leader to others. The successful candidate must be capable to perform and manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and a high level of accuracy.

Position Responsibilities:

Prioritizes and schedules executive calendars and availability for efficient use of timeCoordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler logistics, generate expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges; ensures timely/accurate reimbursementPlans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external eventsCreates, edits and maintains electronic and written communicationCommunicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences and conveys a positive attitude to all those that they work withOrders and maintains office suppliesTracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesWorks under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft OutlookExperience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and TeamsExperience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card chargesExperience supporting multiple customers such as executives and staff membersExperience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with SAP Concur3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook3+ years of Experience supporting multiple customers such as executives and staff members

Typical Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination  of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range: $42,500 – 57,500
