Hourly rate: £14.50
Working Days/Hours: Core hours are 8-4 or 9-5, however shifts of extended hours will be required, with 10% pay increase

Experience Needed/desired:
Essential skills and experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work flexibly with the capacity to deliver at pace, at times under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
* The ability to be pro-active and work both as a part of a team and independently.
* Good IT skills
List the duties/ responsibilities:
Post holders will be expected to conduct a wide range of roles and customer facing Immigration functions within the remit of Front End Services or any other duties that may be required. Such duties will include but are not limited to:
Training:
The Home Office will provide a 2 week training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on the job learning.
You must also be prepared to attend a Personal Safety Training course.
Role specific requirements:
You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. Please note that period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately not be accepted. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you, if successful.
