About the Position: Serves as the Executive Officer and provides guidance to the Executive Assistants to the Commanding General, Chief of Staff and various Staff Directors. Responsibilities Serves as the Executive Officer and provides guidance to the Executive Assistants to the Commanding General, Chief of Staff and various Staff Directors. Analyzes the initiatives polices, guidelines and recommends viable strategies for implementing sustainable organizational change. Analyzes problems and other issues to determine the best and most appropriate course of action. Attends and actively participates in staff calls and other special meetings conducted by the CG, DCG and CoS. Provides the management staff and outside groups with continual guidance and information on Command Group policies, practices, and strategies for a variety of management initiatives. Serves as the DCG's first primary point of contact with other military and civilian activities regarding assigned programs and responsibilities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS- 13). Relocation Expenses MAY be authorized.
