Position Summary/Description:
The Institute for Risk Management and Insurance Innovation ( IRMII ) is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Executive Operations Manager to provide comprehensive operational support to the Institute. This is a high-impact role, critical to ensuring the growth and operational success of the Institute. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations across the Institute, managing projects and strategic initiatives/communications, coordinating key projects and activities, managing events and coordinating IRMII interactions with its industry partners. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Education and Experience:
* Three or more years of experience in operations management, project management or administration.
* Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies strongly preferred.
Essential Skills:
* Experience in operations management, project management or administration.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and CRM tools (e.g., Teams, Zoho).
* Experience overseeing event planning and coordination.
* Experience with communications and social media.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling Institute data.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
