**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Customer licenses manage license process in SAP of DEA and State licenses + Product complaints patient and pharmacy reimbursement + Collect required information for reimbursement from pharmacy / patients + Submit patient request to A/P for patients, pharmacy request to Finance + Prepare monthly Winlevi report and circulate to brand sales team + Report Sun product complaint duplications to Quality department + Grant access to customers to PO tracking portal + Customer Master Direct creating / extending customer ship-to accounts in SAP + New customer creation (Sold-to, Ship-to, Payor, Bill-to, Lockbox) + New ship-to address + Extending customer from one company to another + KPIs: + Ensure customer licenses are loaded in SAP within 4 hours of being provided + Update Track-wise database within 24 hours of receiving consumer complaint + Submit check requests to A/P within 24 hours of document collection **WHO YOU ARE:** + Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or 5+ years in pharmaceutical setting with experience in the areas of sales operation and/or customer service + Individual should be detailed oriented with the ability to handle heavy workload and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment **Job Location:** Sun House, Goregaon East, Mumbai We provide equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
