Our client, an alternative investment firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The hours are 9am - 5pm and the company has a hybrid schedule with Tuesday - Thursday in the office and Monday/Friday being remote.

Responsibilities:

Book domestic and international travel, including flights, transportation, accommodations, VisasSchedule personal appointments, health and wellness activities, and family arrangementsCoordinate vendor access and deliveriesMake records for all functions across each homeWork with Family Office to pay bills and setup vendorsOccasional travel to Greenwich

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferredDriver's license required4+ years of EA/PA experienceA 24/7 mentality

Compensation/Benefits:
