Our client, an Investment Firm, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant in their fast-paced Midtown Manhattan office. The hours are 8:30am - 6:30pm five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments, meetings, vendors, and reservations for a family calendarBook international and domestic travel (hotels, boats, flights)Assist in shopping for gifts and family needsManage several properties on behalf of the FounderHelp with budgeting, expenses and filing systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred5+ years of relevant experience supporting in a one on one capacityProficient in Microsoft SuiteAbility to use discretion and manage up when necessary

Compensation/Benefits:
