Single Family Office is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of an Investment Management Firm and his wife. This position will require 5 days/week in office from 8:30am-6:30pm and will go between the Midtown and Downtown office location daily, depending on the Founder's location. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual who can handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with precision and efficiency with experience in managing both personal and professional aspects of a family's affairs.

Responsibilities:

Manage the family's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, restaurant reservations, and vendor maintenance visits on 3 residences.Assist with travel arrangements for the Managing Partner and his family, including flights, lodging, cars, boats, and excursions.Oversee vehicle management, registration renewals, coordinate car leases, loans, and repairs.Manage special projects, including philanthropic efforts and large events.Maintain corporate and personal filing systems and document storage.Personal shopping as assigned by the Managing Partner and his spouse along with the maintenance of gift schedules and preference sheets for family, friends and associates.Property management for multiple NYC residences and a Hamptons summer home. Includes oversight of vendor relationships and maintenance schedules.Assist with correspondence, presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed by the Founder.Assist with budget management, financial planning, and expense tracking using spreadsheets.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven project management capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with budget managementHigh level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Family Office or supporting a high-net-worth familyAbility to travel intermittently to the Hamptons for the summer season (housing provided by employer)

Compensation/Benefits:
