Executive/Personal Assistant and Estate Manager

Real estate investment, development and technology company based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant and Estate Manager to support the ultra high net worth CEO and family office. The hours are 9:30-6/6:30pm (flexibility to check email/phone after hours and on weekends) and the role will require 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week, but someone should be willing to go on-site depending on the CEO's schedule if needed. This person needs to be an extension of the CEO's image and handle everything from contract negotiations, vendor scheduling and upkeep, research and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide seamless managerial, administrative, and personal support to a top Executive and HNW familyManage five residences: open the houses and supervise HVAC, landscaping, and repairs work; liaise with staffCoordinate logistics regarding Wi-Fi/cable, furniture, and a large renovationAssist with bill paying, wire transfers, credit cards, and medical billsAct as an extension of Executive: manage heavy calendars and schedules, answer/draft/edit correspondence, assist with marketing/research and philanthropic dutiesBook travel arrangements and restaurant reservations; manage invoices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required7-15+ years' experience in EA/PA roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong math/accounting prowessStrong writing skills inclusive of excellent grammar and punctuation; high attention to detailIntelligent, proactive, and outgoing personality with impressive organizational skillsDiligent professional capable of leveraging good judgement to follow through on project initiatives
