Job DescriptionOrganize in person, hybrid, virtual activities such as meetings, corporate events, IT needed, catering , travel, hotels, etc. Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries. Compile documents and reports for travel and related meetings.Effectively manage direct supervisor schedule and conflicting priorities.Prepare agendas, notices, minutes for corporate meetings, compose confidential correspondence, reports, other complex documents. Manage follow up on action items.To manage Internal Communication actions supporting HR department deploying initiatives, update the communications calendar, promoting events.Connect with business area communication standards, drafting and distributing communications (intranet posts, emails, and digital displays) for multiple audiences.Complete monthly travel and expense reports and monthly reports and invoices for executives in a timely manner, as well be the key support all travelers in the plant.Prepare highly professional presentations and various Excel reports.Demonstrate strict confidence with highly sensitive and confidential information.Be proactive to perform other duties as assigned, supporting the plant management and its leaders.Key user for all travel related policies and travelers needs, such as invoice, reports, arrangements, emergency support, etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree: Human Relations, Administration, Marketing or similarAdvanced English Advance At least 2 years as an executive assistantKnowledge:SAP administrationConcur Expense Reporting Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.Communication experience neededExceptional communication skill and executive phone etiquette (Presential and virtually)Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.Experience arranging domestic and global travel, supporting all plant travelers.High level of interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executives, board members, and individuals at all levels in the organization in person and virtually.Demonstrated ability to appropriately manage highly sensitive and confidential situations.Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
