**Job Summary:**
div>b>Job Summary: /b>The Executive Protection Program Manager is responsible for providing for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high-profile client by performing armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments and oversee other agents allocated to the assignment. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client locations).Essential Functions:ol> li>Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence./li> li>Serve as the client liaison and manage ongoing client relationships./li> li>Ensure all services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton's Service Delivery Standards;/li> li>Develop and refine policies and procedures that govern the client's Executive Protection (EP) Program; ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> li>Monitor external developments including, but not limited to, best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall program./li> li>Create client-specified standard operating procedures./li> li>Recommend specific security features and communicate with executive protection partners to implement program details./li> /ul> /li> li>Conduct on-going performance improvement assessments and after-action reports./li> li>Oversee assigned agents and coordinate scheduling to ensure the appropriate coverage; ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> li>Assist with protection schedules and team assignments./li> li>Communicate employee performance concerns to all stakeholders./li> /ul> /li> li>Provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments; ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> li>Lead counter surveillance operations./li> li>Perform protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments./li> li>Transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments, using evasive and/or defensive driving tactics, as needed./li> li>Effectively manage the client and/or their family/representative requests against the need to ensure all safety and security precautions./li> li>Respond to emergencies and perform medical operations, as needed/li> /ul> /li> li>Prepare and deliver executive briefings and reports./li> li>Deescalate tense situations or individuals that arise at the client's residence and/or events; ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> li>Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner./li> /ul> /li> li>Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports. shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements./li> li>Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment; ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> li>Promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures./li> /ul> /li> li>All other duties, as assigned./li>/ol>/div>Education, Experience, and Certifications:Bachelor's degree with at least five years of executive protection experience including advance planning, surveillance and counter surveillance operations, and security driving for high net- worth clients. The PERC License and the firearm control card FCC for Illinois are required.
