Executive Protection Specialist

Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._ **Title and Summary** Executive Protection Specialist Overview: Provide direct close physical protection for Executives in both one-on-one and multi-team member deployments Role: Report to Director of Corporate Security over Executive Protection/Event Security. Conduct risk assessments for known venues and proposed locations of travel Mitigate perceived threats with available resources Coordinate security planning with multiple stakeholders to include Executives, Executive Assistants, other protection team members Conduct Site Advances to ensure awareness of venue emergency action procedures, minimize risk and limit exposure to potential threats Prepare thorough logistics which account for Executive travel schedule, security team staff and support assets Responsible for liaising with venue security team members to leverage pre-existing security infrastructure Responsible for safeguarding highly sensitive and confidential information Possess basic emergency medical training (CPR, AED, wound management) Remain available to travel on short notice to ensure constant security coverage Provide effective levels of security while operating in both overt and covert modes Coordinate multi-day/multi-stop trips to include travel security and vehicle/asset management Communicate effectively with Executives, Corporate Security Leaders and security team members Maintain fiscal responsibility **Corporate Security Responsibility** All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: + Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; + Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; + Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and + Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
