What You Will Do:

Your passion is centered around discovering and using the most innovative methods and tools to uncover and convert newly discovered talent.  An Executive Recruiter is responsible to “hunt” top world class executive talent, convert them to active candidates, shepherd them through the recruiting process, and use top negotiation skills to close them. You will deliver the Guidehouse recruiting experience to all stakeholders – Segment Leadership, internal stakeholders, and external candidates.  You will partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to ensure that recruiting metrics are met while ensuring quality results.   You’ll enhance innovation and efficiency while keeping everything on track using our technology tools and communicating results to stakeholders through reporting and analytics. 

This role will be both market and client facing, selling the Guidehouse brand to prospective candidates, building long-term relationships and delivering a world-class candidate experience, building future executive pipelines, and fill key roles at Guidehouse.  You’ll bring and build your skills in recruiting operations, talent assessment, technology tools, and communications, reporting, and analytics.  You’ll make impact by finding innovative and progressive ways to recruit top talent and deliver a world-class recruiting program.     

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Executive Recruiters are required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:

Client Relationship ManagementBe recognized by your clients as a trusted advisor through your understanding of their business and delivering on related talent needs.Provide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, activity, results, and other intelligence learned through recruiting efforts.Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key clients and stakeholders that can include HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.Strategic Recruiting and SourcingEffectively manage multiple priorities with successful outcomes.Develop, document, implement, and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search.Successfully manage sourcing campaigns or effectively direct internal sourcing resources to network and recruit top talent.Utilize Guidehouse’s network to maximize employee referrals.Leverage resources and be mindful of Guidehouse’s expectations to generate a diverse slate of candidates for each search.Manage and support recruiting initiatives and projects as directed by TA leadership.Talent AssessmentEnsure candidates are adequately assessed through Guidehouse’s Candidate Selection Interview Framework and continuously monitor quality of hire, working with your client and Human Capital to identify ways to make improvements.Communication and Executive Disposition Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences.Represent Guidehouse with poise, professionalism, and confidence.Communicate effectively with all levels of client management, stakeholders, and recruiting colleagues.Demonstrate Guidehouse RI2SE values and a high level of self-awareness and ability to gauge others to guide your behavior to constructively deal effectively with difficult circumstances including soliciting help to avert foreseeable setbacks.Monitor scope of client expectations surrounding delivery of generated results.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 8+ years of relevant full-cycle executive (Director, Partner, Vice President) recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate or agency recruiting environment. 12+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.Executive recruiting experience; must be able to manage a workload of 15+ requisitions at a time.Highly proficient in web-based research to build and organize market, competitive, and talent intelligence.Client service consultative mindset and acumen in developing and managing talent sourcing programs in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.Exceptional candidate relationship manager with solid negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations.Demonstrated history of sourcing/ hiring Partner/ Vice President level hires.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Education

Certification in internet recruiting (AIRS CIR, ACIR, and CSSR; Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP); LinkedIn Recruiter expert including Talent Insights)

Experience

Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) as well as CRM and ATS technology (Workday Recruiting a plus).Full cycle recruiting business partner experience providing expertise and successfully influencing business leaders regarding recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and people-centric business model.Change agility and strong attention to detail to oversee multiple priorities, drive desired results and maintains client and team satisfaction.Experience with Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy,  Sustainability, or State & Local subject matter expertise.Sales experience.

Skills

Exceptional organizational skills to manage data, sourcing campaigns, and create client-ready deliverables and reports on research, sourcing activity and results.Excellent verbal communication skills with a willingness to use the phone to network, identify talent, and successfully articulate the Guidehouse brand to recruit top talent.Exceptional candidate relationship manager with solid negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations.Strong written communication skills and attention to detail to create client-ready candidate briefs, sourcing status reports, and other communications.Negotiates offers and has an 85%+ offer acceptance rate.

The annual salary range for this position is $152,400.00-$228,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
