Position Summary:
The Executive Recruiter is a highly experienced and strategic member of Envista’s Talent Acquisition Team, possessing a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier executive talent. This role requires a deep understanding of executive search processes, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and potential candidates. The Executive Recruiter will build external executive talent pools by forming and maintaining relationships with high-caliber talent in order to more proactively meet needs for senior talent when they arise. When bandwidth permits, the Executive Recruiter will also work to fill other managerial and professional roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive executive search strategies to attract high-performing candidates for senior leadership positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging industry contacts to identify potential candidatesConduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methodsPartner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment processPartner with Compensation to develop recommendations for offers to successful candidatesStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendationsPromote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top executive talentChampion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive executive teamContinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceEnsure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirementsJob Requirements:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
