This pivotal role will work directly with leadership teams to understand, anticipate and drive recruitment and talent- related strategies across IHG Corporate Functions in the Americas. You will effectively lead overall Executive Recruitment initiatives and strategies. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle.
**Your day to day**
+ Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective hiring initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent for Head of and executive-level positions across all functions, ensuring a superior experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
+ Create and execute targeted search strategies, utilizing comprehensive research to identify and present highly qualified candidates for executive searches.
+ Utilize insights from talent landscape analytics to inform and enhance hiring strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making in recruitment processes.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and executive leadership, fostering open communication and trust throughout the hiring process.
+ Proactively develop a diverse talent pipeline by employing innovative sourcing techniques and best practices, while modeling effective working methods and integrating external experiences to enhance internal processes.
**What we need from you**
+ Champion Executive Recruiting: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region to enhance executive recruitment efforts.
+ Leverage Data Insights: Utilize global recruiting data to measure and improve the performance of Executive Recruiting in the Americas.
+ Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to reduce recruitment costs while enhancing the quality and speed of hires.
+ Encourage Innovation: Foster innovative approaches in attraction, selection, and hiring processes to improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
+ Optimize Candidate Experience: Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruitment processes are well-understood, communicated, and maintained to enhance the candidate experience for both internal and external hires.
+ Minimum of 10 years of executive search and recruitment experience in both in house and agency acquisition
+ Research and executive sourcing skills
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
