The Director, Executive Recruiting will be part of a dynamic global team and work cross-functionally with all business lines to provide a high touch, best in class executive candidate experience. This individual will focus on recruiting for senior level positions based in the US in addition to roles that are global in scope.
Key accountabilities
Create an exceptional experience while managing executive level candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, cold calling, screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributesDevelop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles at the executive levelNegotiate hiring terms and manage discussions around total rewards packagesForm strong relationships with prospective candidates and trusted partnerships with key business stakeholdersProvide recruiting metrics for internal and external client reportingWork with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit leaders to create robust job profiles, scorecards, and leverage assessment tools to fill current and future hiring needsUtilize internet, employee referrals, cold calling, and networking to identify and contact qualified and diverse applicants for positionsDevelop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidateLead candidate regroup sessions with senior level business stakeholdersPartner with Global Head of Executive Recruiting to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiativesCreate key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effortsEmbed purpose-driven messages into the recruiting experience Leverage technology to drive improvements and simplification in the recruitment processSupport Affirmative Action/Diversity initiativesSound like you? Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or MarketingMinimum 10+ years of executive recruitment experiencePrior executive recruiting experience neededSearch firm experience a plusExperience working in a fast-paced global matrixed environmentExperience with applicant tracking and CRM systems; Workday and Avature a plusAbility to establish relationships and influence senior stakeholders across an organizationLaser focused on providing high touch service to executive level hiring managers and candidatesKnowledge of various executive total rewards componentsTech savvy - leverages technology to work more efficientlyOperates with a sales mindset clearly articulating JLL's vision of shaping the future of real estate for a better worldStrong organizational skills and proven track record of resultsTeam player who can also work independently and multitaskEstimated total compensation for this position:
200,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
