We are looking for an Executive Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition Team, preferably in Santa Clara or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This is a contract role that could lead to full-time employment depending on success in the role. In this pivotal role, you will identify potential senior-level candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and present top talent to our leaders, while driving the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with our executive team in identifying their needs and then finding the talent to help propel the company forward.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have a proven track record in executive recruitment/retained search, excellent relationship-building skills at the executive level, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience for a technology company.
What you’ll do:Partner with senior leadership to define executive hiring needs and strategies to recruit top talent Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across all departments Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active senior talent Build and maintain a robust pipeline of executive candidates through networking, market research, and relationship management Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates throughout the hiring processStay informed about industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics to advise on hiring strategiesCollaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goalsPresent shortlisted candidates to hiring manager and provide detailed information about their skills and abilitiesWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or retained search for a technology companyIn-depth knowledge of executive search processes and best practicesStrong understanding of various industries and executive rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with executives and candidatesStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree What success looks like: After six months, you will:Successfully placed a few key senior leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to identify and attract top talentEstablished strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managersDeveloped a robust pipeline of senior talent through proactive sourcing strategiesEnsure a seamless and high-touch experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing accurate insights into Infoblox’s culture, vision, and role expectationsAfter about a year, you will:Demonstrated a strategic impact on the organization by aligning recruitment efforts with business goals and providing consistent updates and insights into the market and hiring progressEnsure high retention rates and satisfaction among placed senior leadership roles by conducting follow-ups and addressing any potential issuesStay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and trends, continuously improving the recruitment process to attract the best senior talentWe’ve got you covered:
