What You'll Do Executive Recruiter – Pune, India Location: Pune, India What You'll Do As our Executive Recruiter in Pune, you will lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier leadership talent across engineering, sales, customer & compliance operations and other business functions. Reporting to the Director of Executive Recruiting in the US, This is an Individual Contributor role. What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will partner closely with both local and global stakeholders to develop and execute executive search strategies. You will use data insights and market mapping, you will provide hiring teams with competitive intelligence and talent trends to make informed decisions. Your day-to-day will include managing full-cycle executive search, presenting Director and above candidates with relevant market data, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Working closely with senior stakeholders in both India and the US, you'll help shape the future of our leadership hiring strategy. What You'll Need to be Successful What You'll Need to Be Successful 15 or more years of experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on executive-level hiring (Director and above). Track record supporting engineering teams and other functions, understanding their hiring needs. Expertise in data-driven recruiting, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies. Stakeholder management skills, working across local leadership in India and senior executives in the US. Present executive candidates with relevant market insights and guide hiring teams in making strategic decisions. Experience working with both executive search firms and corporate recruiting teams. Ability to navigate cross-cultural and remote stakeholder relationships.
