About The Role

 

Responsible for sourcing and filling leadership roles at the Sr Director level. Support VP+ search. Create & deliver a world -class stakeholder/candidate experience.

 

What You’ll Do

 

End to end recruitment process management, from pipeline generation to offer acceptance. Champion the assessment process. Lead, guide, and influence stakeholders regarding hiring decisions by providing talent insights, competitive intelligence, and customized analysis of the talent landscape. Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive companies and specific industry top talent aligned to Newell Brands strategies and growth initiatives. Create and implement digital candidate engagement strategies using metrics to determine effectiveness.

 

 

What You Need

 

7+ years of executive search (Director to VP) and recruiting experience in a global matrixed organization or 7+ executive search firm experience and the ability and desire to navigate complex company operating processes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Talent mapping experience with the ability to create competitive intelligence client decks. Tech savvy with ATS, CRM & LinkedIn Insights. Excellent at talent assessment and the ability to elevate/train others. Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Experience creating and implementing diversity-focused strategies that support organizational goals. Understanding of global/local employment law and compliance regulations.
