**About The Role**
You will develop and execute the sourcing strategy for critical open roles, build talent pipelines and talent communities for vacancies and strategic growth opportunities. You will act as an advisor, using market analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies that enable future capability building and influence stakeholders to act proactively regarding current and future talent acquisition strategies and market availability.
**Data Analysis & Hiring Plans**
+ Partners with the Director of Exec TA, HR Ops. and the Director of Talent to review and analyze segment/function hiring demand and succession data. Prioritizes sourcing strategy to deliver pipeline availability for current and future executive talent opportunities.
+ Health of The Talent Pipeline Initiative; Prepares quarterly state of market reports by critical talent pipelines and update on identified ready to engage talent for key capability functions.
+ Ensures data integrity and detailed information is updated regularly in the CRM and ATS.
**Candidate Attraction**
+ Uses deep knowledge of the competitive market opportunities to differentiate Newell’s engagement approach for executive talent.
+ Works with Marketing to create compelling on-brand attraction campaigns.
+ Works with Exec TA team & function leadership to develop compelling consistent messaging on Newell Brands leadership opportunities.
+ Analyzes the quality of candidate attraction efforts using systems and tools. Regularly updates on candidate attraction metrics.
+ Creates differentiated candidate pitch scripts based on segments/function unique position motivators, knowledge of Newell’s EVP and executive package offering
**Talent Sourcing**
+ Develops and implements innovative multi-channel pipeline strategies to meet leadership demand targets for differentiated talent for segments/functions and across geographies.
+ Nurture Sr. Director & VP+ pipelines by keeping talent engaged with the brand/function’s opportunities and leaders. Activate candidates as opportunities become available.
+ Qualify and disposition executive referrals ensuring timely communication to candidates and referring associate.
+ Develops, markets, and leverages curated talent pools for Newell Brand’s various segments.
+ Identify and analyze recruitment trends, pipeline activity and prospect feedback to make informed recommendations.
+ Create and present effective reporting that provides key insights and market intelligence to help inform sourcing strategies effectiveness.
**Talent Assessment & Screening**
+ Champion Newell Brands competency & values model.
+ Conduct thorough candidate prescreening using the model. Ensure all candidates are presented highlighting candidate scoring to the model.
**Candidate Experience**
+ Enable Newell’s global strategy by attracting high-quality talent while treating every candidate as a consumer of our products.
+ Ensure the candidate's experience is at the center of everything we do.
+ Creates an informative and engaging initial contact experience and prepares qualified candidates for the next phase of the interview process.
+ Enhances the candidate’s experience by proactively identifying factors that may impact the candidate’s interviewing journey with Newell.
+ Provide smooth transition to executive recruiters by sharing detailed candidate information that facilitates a seamless handoff and ability to continue positive momentum.
**Stakeholder/Client Management**
+ Partners with the Director of Exec Talent & Exec Recruiter to frame and present talent availability information to segment leaders in a way that speaks to the business priorities and influences leaders to consider talent market dynamics, availability, and alternative talent pools.
**Must Have**
+ 5+ years of direct sourcing talent at the Sr. Director to C-suite. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Consumer Goods industry experience is a plus.
+ Deep knowledge across the entire recruiting lifecycle from talent mapping, research, sourcing, talent assessment and presentation.
+ Proven track record of identifying and advancing difficult to attract candidates.
+ Ability to present data and drive live research presentations within LinkedIn Talent Insights and other databases.
+ Proficient at using sourcing tools inclusive of Boolean strings, LinkedIn, databases, industry directories, etc., to uncover high quality on-target candidates for niche roles.
+ Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
