What you will be doing
Mediate and resolve disputes and complaints between online gaming platforms and users in a fair and impartial mannerInvestigate and gather information on complaints and disputes, including reviewing gaming logs, communication records and other relevant dataCommunicate effectively with all parties to understand their perspectives and facilitate a resolution processProvide recommendations and solutions to resolve disputes in accordance with industry regulations and best practicesMaintain accurate records of dispute cases, including documentation of findings, decisions and outcomesMonitor trends in disputes and identify opportunities to improve dispute resolution processes and prevent future conflictsCollaborate with legal teams, customer support and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesStay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to dispute resolution in the online gaming sector as well as upholding confidentiality in handling sensitive information
