**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Executive Reporting Manager** in a key role to join our team on a prestigious program. In this role you will get a chance to perform a key role within the Project Controls team contributing to giga and mega developments in the Kingdom. The ERM shall be responsible for managing high-level executive reporting, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring the timely delivery of strategic insights and performance metrics to senior executives
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Develop, refine, and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that meet the highest standards of quality and clarity, tailored for senior stakeholders and decision-markers in client's senior leadership
+ Ensure reports provide actionable insights, with an emphasis on trends, forecasts, and key performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
+ Provide strategic analysis of data, identify trends, and deliver insights on interdependencies, baselines, forecasts, and risks.
+ Offer actionable recommendations to senior leaders for trade-off decisions supporting successful program and project delivery.
+ Collect and consolidate performance data, progress updates, and schedules from multiple project teams, portfolios, and development entities.
+ Analyze integrated data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide concise summaries for senior executives.
+ Support the integration of the Enterprise Master Schedule (EMS) with project-specific schedules to provide a unified view of program progress.
+ Ensure the timely, accurate, and quality-assured delivery of all reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc updates.
+ Analyze and synthesize data from planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and other project disciplines to provide insights for senior stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio leads, development companies, and project teams, to ensure seamless data collection and reporting workflows.
+ Collaborate with Project Controls Leads and Managers to align reporting outputs with scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management functions.
+ Establish and maintain standardized reporting templates, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all reports and presentations.
+ Continuously enhance reporting processes by integrating feedback, leveraging automation tools, and implementing best practices.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members involved in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
+ Respond to senior management requests for customized reports, insights, and analyses, often with tight deadlines and a focus on strategic relevance.
+ Develop one-off presentations and reports for high-profile meetings, including Board-level reviews and external consultancy engagements.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
+ 20+ years of related experience or at least 15 years with master’s degree in project management, as well as some experience in managerial capacity in US or in GCC region.
+ Advanced expertise in project controls and systems (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
+ High-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
+ Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams across multiple portfolios.
+ Exceptional communication skills to present complex data clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
+ In-depth understanding of project controls disciplines, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
+ Experience with large-scale development or infrastructure projects.
+ Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.
