Short Description
This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to change. You will handle details of highly confidential and critical nature. Strong focus on Customer Experience is critical.
Provide Administrative support to the Executive Director, Director and staff at all times. Schedule and maintain appointment calendars, accurately recording meetings, conferences, lectures and coordinate conference calls. Type meeting minutes, reports, letters, memos protocols, slides, etc., must be accurate and timely. You are required to prepare and submit department staff promotions, evaluations and other changes timely as well as being responsible for Kronos.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and superb organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task and the ability to anticipate the needs of leadership are essential to this role. The ability to work with internal and external executives, vendors and to accurately place orders in Lawson, update and maintain contracts, and the ability to interact with patients, families and physicians to ensure all patient needs are met are critical
Experience Required
Professionalism, Confidentiality. Experience in Work, Excel, PowerPoint
Secretarial experience in health care preferred.
Education Requirements
2 year degree or equivalent preferred but not required. High school diploma required.
