Job Description:
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and division leads. Perform a range of administrative tasks including managing calendars, generating correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating corporate meetings and follow-ups. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Handle company and project-related documents, including letters, meeting minutes, memos, progress reports, and other technical documents. Prepare and monitor budget. Manage communication between management and different departments and customers. Liaise with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks to achieve goals and nurture business relationships. Undertake highly confidential and delicate assignments. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management. Manage content and flow of information to senior leadership. Handle business trip documentation, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements for executives, expatriates, and VIP guests. Other responsibilities that may be required.
