Job Summary
Assist for the analysis, development and sustainability of Partner Incentive Program (PIP), ensure that participating agencies are able to catalyze the healthy growth and achieve the desired results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist for the development plan of Partner Incentive Program (PIP) and execute the initiatives relevant to the strategies formulated for PIP. Work closely with regional colleagues in meeting the aspirations set for PIP. To generate, analyze and track the overall performance of PIP to ensure agencies are achieving the desired result. To conduct constant audit on PIP operating procedures to ensure spirit of PIP is being uphold in protecting the long-term interest of both the agency leaders and agents. To conduct relevant training in grooming the agency leader and agents to excel within PIP To promote and educate life insurance coverage to both internal and external customers. To carry out ad-hoc activities whenever required by the Company in achieving Company aspirations
Key Requirements
Possesses a Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Independent, possess good analytical and problem solving skill, good interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management. Well versed in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage. Excellent proficiency in Ms Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
