THE TEAM
You’ll be joining our talented Culinary Team, the creative force behind the exceptional dining experiences at Rosewood São Paulo. Guided by a commitment to culinary excellence, sustainability, and innovation, this team brings the flavors of the world to our guests while celebrating the rich culture and ingredients of Brazil.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Ensure culinary operations consistently meet the highest quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of associates to deliver exceptional dining experiences.Manage food and labor costs, maintaining profitability in line with operational budgets.Drive sustainability practices in the kitchen, from waste reduction to sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.Oversee menu innovation, testing, and recipe development to elevate the property’s culinary identity.Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, achieving exemplary audit scores.Cultivate meaningful guest connections by engaging with diners and responding promptly to feedback.Partner with vendors and the purchasing team to source top-quality ingredients while optimizing costs.Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to support events, banquets, and signature experiences.

COULD THIS BE YOU?
You hold a culinary degree or equivalent combination of education and luxury hospitality experience.You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury culinary environment, with a proven track record in managing teams and operations.You are a creative culinary leader, passionate about global and local cuisines, with the ability to craft memorable dining experiences.You are highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing budgets, inventory, and performance metrics.You have exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both guests and team members.You thrive under pressure, balancing operational excellence with innovation and sustainability.You are committed to professional development, both for yourself and for those you lead.
