Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef; hospitality experience preferred. Culinary certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost, and wage management. Expertise in food products, recipes, and preparations. ServSafe Certification required.
