JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for overseeing all kitchen and banquet operations, as well as managing kitchen staff, ensuring the high-quality preparation of menu items, and proper handling/storage of food in compliance with standards. You will coordinate food purchasing, update menus, and manage food and labor costs in alignment with approved budgets. This role also involves coordinating banquet events and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during large-scale functions. We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead and represent our Culinary Department. Experience in high-volume bar, restaurant, and banquet settings is preferred.
