Job Description Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary team onboard a prestigious luxury cruise line.

The Role: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring ultra-high dining standards. Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, fostering excellence in execution. Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP). Support food cost management, stock control, and provisioning. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine. Benefits: Competitive salary of $7800 - $8200 DOE per month, paid on board.  4 months on / 2 months off rotation. Travel the world while doing what you love.
