\nWe serve a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Salary up to £53,000 plus service charge.

What will I be doing?
\n\nContribute to menu creation\nManage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team\nEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all times\nAssist the Head Chef and managing customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Chef\nEnsure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas\nSupport brand standards through the training and assessment of your team\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\nKnowledge of activities in other departments and implications\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nStrong Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef Experience\nApproaches food in a creative way\nStrong supervisory skills\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nExcellent planning and organising skills\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
