JOB SUMMARY We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow into an Executive Chef within 12-24 months of hire, with the continued potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities. As an Executive Sous Chef with Levy, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality cuisine that exceeds guest expectations. You will provide strong leadership, maintain core recipes and standards, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Your role will focus on maintaining exceptional food presentation, controlling costs, and mentoring your culinary team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities + Develop recipes, source, build and implement innovative menus for all departments concessions, suites and catering events delivering cost goals and living our Company vision and values. + Manage food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency + Maintain and enforce food quality and presentation standards + Oversee and assist in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation + Interviewing, hiring, training, and development of kitchen team members + Schedule and oversee kitchen staff to meet operational demands + Displays positive attitude to all team members and assists them when necessary + Oversee and assist with inventory, ordering, and kitchen equipment maintenance + Forecast and manage product and equipment needs + Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations + Works innovatively with Front of House staff to ensure seamless service + Address and resolve customer concerns + conducts daily walkthroughs of account to ensure high quality standards are met + Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Culinary degree preferred + 5+ years experience in a culinary leadership position + Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products + Ability to manage food costs, labor, and kitchen operations effectively + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook + Strong leadership and team management skills + Excellent communication with management, guests, and team members Curious about Life at Levy?
